My client in the talent management industry hired me to create a series of vendor training eLearning programs as a complement to the company’s automated interview software application. In addition to interactive problem-solving scenarios, I incorporated several video scenarios into the program. The scenarios demonstrated proper and improper interview techniques, and showed the “pain points” of an interview from both the candidate and hiring professional’s point of view. We produced, shot and edited the videos, and also sourced and hired the on-camera talent.
Result: Professional lighting, camera angles, audio and editing resulted in a realistic, engaging video series that clearly demonstrated best-practices in interview techniques.
